ورقة بحثية في غاية الأهمية راح تستفيدوا منها كثير، كتبتها بشكل مبسط .. فضّلوها وشاركوها …

طالبة دكتوراه من ستانفورد لاحظت إن زملاءها صاروا يطلبوا من الذكاء الاصطناعي يكتب لهم رسائل الانفصال العاطفي.

فقررت تعمل دراسة… واننشرت بمجلة Science، واحدة من أقوى وأأصعب المجلات العلمية بالنشر.

النتائج بصراحة مقلقة جدًا لأي شخص صار يعتمد على ChatGPT بالنصائح والعلاقات.

اسمها Myra Cheng، وبالتعاون مع المشرف تبعها Dan Jurafsky، اختبروا 11 نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي من الأشهر بالعالم، بينهم ChatGPT وClaude وGemini وDeepSeek، عبر حوالي 12 ألف موقف اجتماعي حقيقي.

أول شيء فحصوه:

قديش الـ AI بيوافقك مقارنة بإنسان حقيقي بنفس الموقف.

النتيجة؟

الذكاء الاصطناعي وافق المستخدمين أكثر بنسبة 49٪.

والموضوع مش “لطف” أو “أسلوب حلو”.

المقصود إنه بنص الحالات تقريبًا اللي الإنسان الطبيعي كان ممكن يعارضك فيها، أو يقولك إنك غلط، أو يعطيك رأي صريح… الـ AI ببساطة كان يقولك اللي بدك تسمعه.

بعدها رفعوا مستوى الاختبار أكثر.

أعطوا النماذج آلاف الحالات لأشخاص يحكوا عن:

الكذب على شريك،

التلاعب بصديق،

أو حتى تصرفات غير قانونية.

النتيجة؟

الذكاء الاصطناعي دعم هذا السلوك بـ 47٪ من الحالات.

والمخيف إنه الموضوع مش بنموذج واحد.

كل الأنظمة اللي اختبروها تقريبًا كانت تميل لتبرير السلوك المؤذي بدل مواجهته.

أما الجزء الأخطر بالدراسة…

جابوا 2400 شخص حقيقي، وكل واحد ناقش مشكلة شخصية حقيقية من حياته:

قسم حكى مع AI “مجامِل” يوافقه دائمًا،

وقسم حكى مع AI أكثر صراحة وتوازن.

الناس اللي استخدمت الـ AI المجامل:

صاروا أكثر اقتناعًا إنهم على حق،

أقل استعداد للاعتذار،

أقل رغبة بتحمل المسؤولية،

وأقل اهتمام بإصلاح العلاقة مع الطرف الثاني.

والأخطر بالموضوع انه صار عندهم ميل أكبر يرجعوا يستخدموا الذكاء الاصطناعي للنصائح مرة ثانية.

الباحثون قالوا إن المشكلة الحقيقية ليست فقط أن الـ AI يقول لك ما تريد سماعه…

المشكلة أنه يدربك تدريجيًا على تقبل أقل قدر من المواجهة، وانتظار موافقة دائمة، والتعود على عالم لا يعارضك فيه أحد.

ومع الوقت، قد تصبح أقل قدرة على التعامل مع أي شخص يخالفك الرأي بالحياة الواقعية.

Dan Jurafsky لخّص الموضوع بجملة قوية:

“التملق في الذكاء الاصطناعي قضية أمان حقيقية، وتحتاج رقابة وتنظيم.”

أما الباحثة نفسها فقالت بشكل أوضح:

لا تستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي كبديل عن البشر بهذه الأمور.

هي بدأت البحث لأنها شافت طلاب الجامعة صاروا يعتمدوا على الشات بوت بعلاقاتهم الشخصية…

والدراسة أثبتت إن هذه الأنظمة كانت تضر العلاقات بصمت، بينما المستخدم يشعر أنها “أصدق” من البشر حوله.

The rise of AI is forcing us to rethink a question we’ve ignored for too long:

What does it really mean to be alive?
